{Carb Counting} It’s Summertime

This past weekend we had a little cookout at noontime and then the kids ran around in the sprinkler. It reminded me that every year I have to look up the carb counts of popular cookout fare for summer cookouts and picnics.

Here are a few of the foods we normally encounter at cookouts. Did I leave a common picnic food out? Let me know what other foods you would like me to include.
