My daughter and I were out shopping this evening and we decided to stop at Panera for a little dinner. She pronounced that Panera is “the best restaurant ever!”
What did she order? Her usual:
- Broccoli Soup
- 1/2 Tuna Sandwich on Honey Wheat
- Macaroni and Cheese
- Fruit Cup
I’m not kidding. And she ate it all, including a slice of bread to dip in her soup.
Since it was an impromptu meal out, I obviously hadn’t planned ahead for the carb counting.
Never fear, D-Mom Blog is here.
I pulled up this very site and used the Dining Out resource located in the navigation bar up top. I clicked on Panera and pulled up the table with carb counts of select menu items.
Problem solved.
If you are planning a meal out, come check out the Dining Out guide to look up carb counts, download nutritional info, or follow links to restaurants’ websites. And if you have a smart phone, bookmark the page so that you can look up carb counts when dining al fresco.
If there is a restaurant you would like to see included, please let me know using the contact form.
