{Diabetes Awareness Month} Our Big Blue Test

Big Blue Test

Yesterday I told you about the Big Blue Test. The premise is that exercise, even 15 minutes of exercise, can help lower blood sugar levels.

With each test that is entered on the Big Blue Test website, $5 will go to several designated diabetes charities.

Q has had fun doing a few tests of her own. Here is our totally unscripted test.

How long do you have to submit a “big blue test”…is it done just by video? Sorry, haven’t looked at the website yet…

You have until Nov 14th. All you do is go to http://www.bigbluetest.org and enter your results (they have an iPhone app too). And the whole family can do it. People without diabetes enter in the info without doing the blood sugars. EACH entry is $5 to charity!
