We listen to the local popular music station on the way to school each morning. They tend to play the same songs every day. Right now Q is into Firework and California Gurls by Katy Perry, I’ve Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas, and Say Hey (I Love You) by Michael Franti & Spearhead.
Each and every time Raise Your Glass by Pink comes on I think I hear her pump beeping at us.
Every time.
And even though I know she’s not beeping, I ask her if she’s beeping.
Every time.
Listen to the chorus and you will hear a faint electronic beep. It sounds similar to a beep we might hear when it’s muffled by layers of clothes.

I will say that I must be getting old because I have absolutely no idea what the relevance of the scenes in the video have to do with the actual song. And no, Q has never seen the video and the version of the song they play on the radio bleeps out the one bad word.
I did have to laugh at the milking scene. I spent months hooked up to a breast pump each day at work at lunch time and at various other times during the day.

Too funny. I’ve had the same experience with that song!
Me too. First time I listened this song I had to check if my cellphone was beeping.
I had to google this to see if I was the only person hearing the beep!! So glad I’m not alone!!
