This past week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy titled “Something’s Gotta Give” had nothing to do with diabetes. But there was a line that made me laugh.
Miranda Bailey instructed resident Jackson to keep a close eye on one of the patients for signs of an infection.
Bailey: What are the first rules of residency?
Together: Eat when you can. Sleep when you can. And don’t screw with the pancreas.
