Name Bubbles Medical Alert Labels

Name Bubbles asked if I would like to try out their products and suggested they send me a set of personalized Medical Alert Labels.

The Problem

I’ve used labels with just my daughter’s name to label her school gear including her backpack, lunch box, and coat. I have also labeled her medical supply bag and glucose meters that we keep at school. And while these labels might help lost items be reunited with us (hopefully), labeling an item only with a child’s name may not make the reunion seem urgent to the person who finds it.

The item might get tossed into the lost and found to be commingled with mate-less mittens.

The Solution

Since the Medical Alert Labels from Name Bubbles can include a phone number or two, anyone who finds these items might be more likely to call.

(From Name Bubbles:) Emergency Labels and Allergy Alert Labels come in Convenient Waterproof Sticker Packs. Keep your child safe when they are away from your watchful eyes. Make sure vital information is displayed at all times with Name Bubbles Medical Alert Labels and Allergy Alert labels.

The Medical Alert Labels come in three styles: Allergy Alert, Medical Alert, and Autistic. You choose your icon and color and can personalize with your child’s name and four lines of information. The company suggests including a contact phone number. Beginning today, the Medical Alert Labels will come in a booklet of 40 for $19.98. And now their website allows you to preview your labels as you make them.

I chose the Medical Alert labels with the magic wand icon and the Sweet Treats color scheme. Very girly! I included my daughter’s name, medical condition, and both parents’ cell phones. This is the exact information inscribed on her medical alert bracelet.

So where do I suggest placing Name Bubbles Medical Alert Labels? How about on your child’s glucose meter case, insulin pump case or inside her pump pack, inside her backpack or lunchbox where you carry medical supplies.

You could even use one as a name tag when you go to sporting events in big crowds or place one on your child’s field trip permission form as a reminder of how to get a hold of you in case of an emergency.

My Experience

We label everything diabetes-related of our daughter’s with the Name Bubbles medical alert labels. The waterproof labels are perfect for sticking on your supply bag, pump case, glucose meter case, and everything your child takes with her. They didn’t fade and stay put even on water bottles that get washed. The labels are also great for sticking on field trip permission forms or using as a name tag.

And just an aside: two of the Name Bubbles employees were diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as children and their D-Mom also works for the company.

Name Bubbles sent me a set of labels for editorial consideration. In the past I have had an affiliate relationship with Name Bubbles and received a small commission on purchases. Monetary compensation was not received and opinions are my own. Please read my disclosure statement.

What a great product, you know I have never labeled my son’s stuff with all that info but I can see how great it would be, if I was to order some labels I would have to have the Fandango colours with the Rocket picture as my son just loves rockets at the moment using the child’s play front, I love how you have worded your labels and it sort of says it all but of course being in Australia our emergency phone number is 000. Thanks for introducing me to a great product that I can purchase from here. Have a wonderful Christmas and all the best for the New year.. 🙂

These are awesome, specially as my daughter is getting older and prone to wandering off but incredibly shy so I’m scared that one day she’ll get lost and not say anything to anyone! We would take the Alpine Glow with butterfly in the Groovy font.

These are such a great idea. Since I have 2 kiddos with T1, I would have to make sure they were different. One set would be in the Alpine Glow color palette with the butterfly, the other would be in the Sweet Treats color palette with the monkey (the nickname for my youngest). I use Sharpies and regular office supply stickers for just about everything, these are such a cute alternative.
