My daughter tried glucose tablets for the first time this past week. She said they tasted better than candy. I haven’t actually tried one for myself so I can’t corroborate that. I had picked up a roll of Walgreens brand glucose tabs at one point and they’ve been in our drawer forever.

Well I wouldn’t say they tasted better than candy, but they’re definitely not as bad as they used to be!
I filled out the questionnaire, by the way, and they gave me a coupon for 50 cents off Walgreens glucose gel rather than free tabs. First of all, we don’t have a Walgreens nearby, and second of all…glucose gel? Iccchhh!
I think that they mail you the free sample and the Walgreens coupon was a bonus (or not a bonus at all if you don’t have a Walgreens and don’t use the gel).
Since the questionnaire asked where you buy glucose, I assumed that the coupon was for the store you designated (I assumed because I said Walgreens).
We keep cake icing gel on hand, though we’ve never actually used it.
