PopCorners SnackPopCorners Snack

The grocery store had these out as a sample. Since Q liked them and they are milk-free, I threw some in our cart and have been putting them in her lunch all week.

It’s 22 carbs for a 1-oz serving, but half a serving is more than enough for the lunchbox.

  • Ingredients: yellow corn, sunflower oil, sea salt.
  • Gluten-free
  • Milk-free

I found these when I went gluten free for a week last month, but I never got a chance to share it. Pretty tasty, and about as friendly to the BGs as a carb can get.

I have thought about buying these a few times. My question is this, When my son has popcorn(kettle corn is his fav.) we can not give insulin for it or he will go low, will these be the same?

I think you’ll just have to do a little experiment with them to see how they affect your own child 🙂
