{Snack} Flat Bread Roll-Ups

by Leighann on August 26, 2011

Q likes hummus and I didn’t want to buy fried pita chips again. And I was getting bored with dipping carrots in it. I scanned the section of the grocery store that has the pita chips and I came up with what I hoped was an easy snack that she would love.

I am so pleased that we’ve found two more snacks to add to our repertoire! These would also be a good sandwich alternative in the lunchbox and you could add in a few more ingredients, perhaps a slice of deli meat or some veggies.

What’s even better is that Q enjoys helping to make them!

I just saw that FlatOut bread at the store this week and almost bought it.

Now I’m definitely going to try it!

Tell Q thanks! : )

Tracy- The pieces are very large, too! We cut them in half. It’s pretty good and gives a little more variety than boring bread. Let me know what you think if you try it.
